Carnival UK is seeking a Reservations Concierge for our Holland America Line & Seabourn Contact Centre in the UK. You will handle cruise bookings by email and phone, and use product knowledge to resolve guest queries with high service standards.

The role emphasizes delivering a memorable guest experience and proactive upsell of itineraries. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model, requiring office presence in Southampton for at least two days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Booking cruises for guests via email and telephone with high service standards
• Resolve queries pre- and post-cruise using product knowledge
• Aim for first call resolution and maintain guest satisfaction
• Build relationships with guests and travel partners, promoting cruise products
