Job summary

Confidential in Hemel Hempstead seeks a Dutch-speaking PPC Executive to own advertising accounts and support Amazon and wider retail media across EMEA. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, and runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30.

This is ideal for someone with around one year in PPC or paid media, and experience with platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or similar. Native Dutch and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Around one year's experience in PPC, paid media or retail media.
• Experience with Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of conversion, attribution and online customer acquisition.
• Ability to review data and use insights to improve performance.
• Strong Excel skills and reports/data handling.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own advertising and content optimisation across campaigns.
• Build, manage and improve PPC and retail media campaigns.
• Support Amazon Advertising activity across EMEA.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research.
• Review performance and identify traffic/conversion opportunities.
• Optimise product titles and on-page content.
• Support SEO activity using search insights.
• Run campaign tests and analyse results.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with EMEA teams across departments.
• Explore how tech and AI can improve processes.
