Job summary

Lounge in Solihull is seeking a Dutch-speaking Client Services Executive to join our expanding team. You will respond to Dutch customers in their native language and liaise with our global customer base from the world-class Client Services Team.

We value enthusiasm, a passion for fashion, meticulous attention to detail, and strong written communications. You’ll work from our Solihull HQ, four days a week in the office, with opportunities to learn and grow alongside a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch reading and writing.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Interest in fashion and brand storytelling.
• Excellent spelling and grammar in communications.

Responsibilities

• Work within our Client Services Team.
• Liaise with Dutch-speaking customers globally.
• Ensure Dutch queries are answered in Dutch.
• Proofread our Dutch-translated website.

The Lounge team is growing!

We are looking for a Dutch Client Services Executive to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin.

During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a Dutch Language Executive you will help the Client Services Team continually deliver high-quality customer experience to all of our Dutch-speaking customers around the world.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. If you're excited about starting your journey with Lounge and helping us elevate the brand to the next level, this role is for you.

What you will do at Lounge:

• Work within our world-class Client Services Team.
• Liaise with our Dutch Loungers and customer base
• Ensure that our Dutch customers' queries are responded to in their native language.
• Proof our Dutch-translated website.

We would love it if you:

• Are passionate about customer experience, with a desire to learn, grow and succeed.
• Have experience in fashion.
• Have a fine eye for detail and are a great multitasker.
• Are extremely confident with technology and are computer literate.
• Are confident in writing professional communications with excellent grammar and on-brand terminology.
• Have knowledge around consumer behaviour.
• Are fluent in Dutch reading and writing.
