Job summary

Lounge Underwear Limited in Solihull is seeking a Dutch Client Services Executive to support our growing customer base worldwide. You will handle Dutch-speaking inquiries, maintain quality customer experiences, and help translate and proof our Dutch-translated website.

You should be passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, tech-literate, and fluent in Dutch reading and writing. The role is office-based four days per week at our Solihull HQ, offering an opportunity to grow with a fast-moving,

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (reading and writing).

Dutch Client Services Executive

The Lounge team is growing!

We are looking for a Dutch Client Services Executive to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin.

During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a Dutch Language Executive you will help the Client Services Team continually deliver high-quality customer experience to all of our Dutch-speaking customers around the world.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. If you're excited about starting your journey with Lounge and helping us elevate the brand to the next level, this role is for you.

What you will do at Lounge:

• Work within our world-class Client Services Team.
• Liaise with our Dutch Loungers and customer base
• Ensure that our Dutch customers' queries are responded to in their native language.
• Proof our Dutch-translated website.

• Have experience in fashion.
• Have a fine eye for detail and are a great multitasker.
• Are extremely confident with technology and are computer literate.
• Are confident in writing professional communications with excellent grammar and on-brand terminology.
