Job summary

M PRO Recruitment Limited is helping a well-established automotive business in Durham to hire an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician. The role covers servicing, diagnostics and repairs in a professional workshop environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a bonus scheme and ongoing training opportunities. A Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop environment.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out mechanical repairs to a high standard.
• Repair brakes, suspension, steering and other components.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults.
• Complete vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Work efficiently as part of a professional workshop team.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and health & safety.
