Job summary

Croxdale Group, representing Citroën in Durham, is seeking a Sales Executive to guide customers through a clear vehicle buying journey.

From first enquiry to handover, you’ll help customers make confident, informed decisions using digital tools and CRM systems. Strong communication and a UK driving licence are valued, with structured training and progression within a growing automotive group.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales or customer-facing roles.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Motivated, reliable and results-focused.
• Comfortable using digital tools and systems.
• Ability to stay organised and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
• Deliver a high-quality experience across showroom and digital channels.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles clearly and practically.
• Build trust through honest communication.
• Use video, CRM systems and digital tools to support the journey.
