Job summary

Croxdale Group is recruiting a Sales Executive for MG in Durham to guide customers through a straightforward vehicle buying journey, from enquiry to handover. You’ll deliver a high-quality showroom and digital experience, build trust through clear communication, and work to achieve sales targets within a growing automotive group.

Full-time role based in Durham with On-Target Earnings of £50,000 and structured training.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; right mindset and drive.
• Experience in retail, sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across showroom and digital channels.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles clearly and practically.
• Build trust through honest, straightforward communication.
• Use video, CRM systems, and digital tools to support the customer journey.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to team performance.
