You don’t need prior automotive experience; what matters is motivation, reliability, trust-building, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to a new EV product and utilise digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a clear vehicle buying journey.
• Deliver a high-quality showroom and digital experience.
• Present and demonstrate Leapmotor vehicles clearly and practically.
• Build trust through honest, straightforward communication.
• Use video, CRM systems, and digital tools to support the customer journey.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to team performance.
