Job summary

Thiess is seeking a skilled Dump Truck Operator to join our Production Mining Team. You will operate heavy trucks on demanding ore loads, ensuring safety and productivity at all times.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mining, specifically with Caterpillar 793F, and a valid Australian licence. This role offers permanent full-time work with excellent camp facilities and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a production dump truck operator in mining.
• Experience operating Caterpillar 793F dump trucks is essential.
• Hard rock mining experience desirable.
• Valid Australian drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output.
• Complying with Thiess’s policies and procedures.
• Responding to instructions from Mining Supervisor.
• Effectively positioning machinery to allow for efficient loading.
• Setting and maintain high housekeeping standards.

• FIFO Perth to Iron Bridge Mine - 2:1 roster (7D7N7RR)

In this role, you will:

• Operating machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output

About you:
