Job summary

You will mentor three Café Supervisors, coordinate with the Kitchen Manager and Head Chef, and ensure food safety, efficiency, and seamless service across busy self-service and premium table-service environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Experience managing other team leaders or supervisors.
• Ability to work across fast-paced counter operations and premium table service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor three Café Supervisors and service staff.
• Coordinate front-of-house with Kitchen Manager and Head Chef.
• Ensure high-speed service in self-service cafe and premium hospitality in table-service.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and food safety compliance.
