Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two brand new children’s residential homes in Redcar and Cleveland. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive service development and ensure registration readiness while ensuring high quality care and regulatory compliance.

You will build positive team cultures, support safeguarding and Ofsted requirements, and prepare both homes for inspections from the outset.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two new children’s homes in Redcar and Cleveland.
• Lead and support teams to foster a safe, positive, inclusive environment.
• Develop the service and ensure high-quality care while complying with regulations.
• Prepare homes for registration and inspection and support staff development.
