Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager

Location: Preston (PR1) & Prestwich (M25)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonuses
Homes: 1-bed solo EBD home and 2-bed EBD home

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care.
• Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards with substantial progress.
• Proven experience achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy, staffing and overall home performance.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop management and care teams across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of safer recruitment, disciplinary, capability and performance management processes.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between Preston and Prestwich.

• Provide consistent leadership across both services and contribute to the organisation’s long-term growth.
