Job summary

S.N.G Healthcare Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee two established children's residential homes in Poole. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance for young people with complex needs, including EBD and LD.

You will lead and develop staff across both sites, ensuring safe environments and consistent, person-centred care while upholding Ofsted requirements and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care.
• Experience managing children and young people with complex needs (EBD/LD).
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children's residential legislation.
• Willingness to work towards Level 5 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of two solo-bed homes.
• Ensure safe, nurturing and high-quality environments across both homes.
• Maintain high safeguarding and care standards.
• Lead, manage and develop staff teams across both services.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and legislation.
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
• Build positive relationships with young people, families and professionals.
• Monitor quality of care across both services.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain the existing Good Ofsted rating.
• Support staff to deliver consistent, person-centred care.
• Collaborate with wider management to ensure effective service operation.
