You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring safe, nurturing environments for youth with EBD/LD and drive continuous improvement across both sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager in children's residential care.
• Experience managing children with complex needs (EBD/LD).
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's residential legislation.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management.
• Safeguarding expertise.
• Ability to oversee two services.
• Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
