Dual Registered Manager (Ofsted) – Children's Residential Services

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two Ofsted-registered children's residential homes in Ormskirk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager looking to lead high-quality residential childcare services while ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of both homes, ensuring children receive outstanding care in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. The role includes leading and developing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing safeguarding procedures, monitoring quality standards, and working closely with external professionals, families, and local authorities.

This is a rewarding leadership role for someone passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people while maintaining excellent inspection standards.

Salary: £55,000–£75,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).
