Job summary

Octopus Energy Group is seeking smart meter engineers to install meters in customers' homes across the UK. You will demonstrate device operation, educate customers on energy-saving benefits, and answer questions about our renewable energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• MOCoPA valid within last 3 years with evidence
• Gas Safe – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Install and fit smart meters in customers' homes
• Demonstrate how meters and in-home displays work and how they save energy
• Explain the green energy revolution and answer customer questions
• Work with the Octopus Energy Services team to deliver top-class service
• Collaborate to reduce admin time and increase customer-facing delivery
