Job summary

Dr. Martens is seeking a DTC Product Admin Assistant to join the Product Planning & Allocation team. You’ll support data management, reporting, and merchandising workflows that power consumer-centric assortments.

This hybrid role involves collaboration with logistics, store ops, and demand teams, delivering accurate data, timely reports, and smooth launches that keep DM at the heart of its global audience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage product data, stock and allocation.
• Ability to generate and share accurate reports on sales and performance.
• Proficiency with Excel and merchandising systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product, stock and allocation data across systems.
• Generate and update reports on sales, stock levels and product performance.
• Use tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, D365, Power BI) to support team requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to processes.
• Collaborate with logistics, store operations and Supply & Demand to support launches.
