  • Build and manage commercially effective assortments across DTC and B2B channels, ensuring the right balance of icons, franchises, newness, SKU efficiency, pricing tiers, and global consistency with local relevance.
  • Analyse category performance, consumer trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide actionable recommendations that improve sales, margin, productivity and product mix.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Management, Design, Marketplace Merchandising, Finance and Sales teams to align category strategies, deliver GTM readiness, support buy decisions and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Lead portfolio, pricing and lifecycle management while maintaining strong merchandising governance, accurate category data, and supporting the development of Associate Merchandisers through mentoring and clear ways of working.
Key skills & capabilities
  • Extensive merchandising experience with strong category ownership in footwear, apparel or consumer goods, including expertise in range planning, SKU optimisation, assortment strategy and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to connect consumer insights, brand strategy and business performance, interpret sales and market data, build scenario modelling, and develop actionable recommendations; advanced Excel skills essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior leaders while building strong partnerships across Product, Design, Planning, Marketing, Finance and Marketplace functions.
  • Deep understanding of Accessories, MIE & Partnerships categories, including silhouettes, materials, construction and consumer trends, with the ability to translate insights into commercially successful product and assortment decisions.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced global environment while delivering clear presentations, compelling strategic recommendations, strong governance, and supporting brand storytelling and category growth.
