Job summary

3Shape is seeking a Head of DSO for the UK & Ireland to lead the growth and strategic direction of our Dental Service Organisation. You will own revenue growth, account strategy, and cross‑functional alignment across sales, finance, customer success, marketing, and product to drive adoption and expansion of digital dentistry solutions.

You will manage a small team, set objectives, and partner with senior customers and KOLs to accelerate value delivery, adoption, and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sales, business development, or enterprise/commercial leadership.
• Proven ability to lead commercial teams with clear accountability.
• Experience managing complex B2B/enterprise relationships and high‑value contracts.
• Strong revenue growth track record and multi-year account plans.
• Ability to work across an international matrix organisation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the UK&I DSO growth strategy with revenue targets.
• Segment the DSO market and identify priority accounts and opportunities.
• Identify new DSO opportunities and increase share of wallet within customers.
• Lead major DSO opportunities from business case through negotiation and implementation.
• Build joint account plans with key resellers involved in DSO opportunities.
• Scale the UK&I DSO organisation with governance, pipeline, and cross‑functional execution.
• Coordinate Sales, Finance, CS, Marketing, Academy, Product and Ops around major DSO opportunities.
• Represent UK&I DSO priorities in European and Global forums.
