Job summary

3Shape UK is seeking an experienced marketing leader to own the UK marketing and academy function. You will set strategy, elevate execution, and lead a team in a high-growth market, collaborating with European and global teams in Copenhagen.

You will drive demand generation across digital, events, and reseller channels, manage budgets, and lead the UK Academy and education programs for customers and partners. Hybrid/remote work with travel is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role.
• Experience owning a full marketing function from strategy to execution.
• Strong knowledge of demand generation, digital marketing, events, and channel/reseller marketing.
• Commercially astute with ability to tie activity to revenue outcomes.
• Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Define UK marketing strategy and growth priorities across segments and channels.
• Drive demand generation across digital, events, and reseller channels.
• Champion CRM and marketing automation to improve lead management and reporting.
• Manage UK marketing budget with ROI focus.
• Oversee the UK Academy and education programmes for customers and partners.
• Localise curriculum content with Global Training & Education team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports.
