Job summary

St. James's Place is seeking a DSAR Officer to drive end-to-end responses to data subject access requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance in a hybrid Cirencester-based role.

You will collaborate with the DSAR Manager and wider teams to gather relevant data, apply exemptions where needed, redact sensitive information, and communicate outcomes clearly while upholding high standards of confidentiality and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), ensuring accuracy, security and deadlines.
• Identify and gather relevant personal data across the business, determine scope, and apply exemptions where required.
• Redact sensitive and third-party information and issue responses through approved channels.
• Proactively identify risks and contribute to DSAR process improvements and governance.
