Position

Join our Bellshill branch as a Divisional Manager to lead the team of Recruitment Consultants supplying Driving sector staff to clients across Scotland, ensuring gross margin and operating profit are maximised.

Responsibilities
  • Developing existing client accounts and winning new business
  • Driving proactive sales activities to grow the driving division
  • Leading and developing your team of Recruitment Consultants
  • Visiting clients for meetings; you need to be a driver (car allowance provided)
  • Business and strategy planning, compliance, service management and financial control
  • Negotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections
  • Covering Consultants desks
