Regional Recruitment is seeking a driven Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our Leicester team on a permanent, on-site basis. The role offers a competitive basic salary plus an uncapped commission structure and clear career progression within an established recruitment business.

You will build client relationships, develop new business, and manage driver recruitment from advert to placement, ensuring compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving recruitment or logistics sectors is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the UK driving recruitment market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident telephone manner and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of recruitment compliance and right-to-work requirements.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Develop new business via outbound calls and networking.
• Identify driver requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Advertise vacancies and source suitable drivers.
• Interview, register and shortlist candidates.
• Match candidates to driving vacancies (temp, contract, permanent).
• Complete compliance and eligibility checks.
• Coordinate bookings and driver availability.
• Maintain client and candidate communications.
• Meet individual and team targets.
• Keep recruitment CRM records accurate.
