Job summary

Thrive Group in Bolton is seeking a Driving Recruitment Consultant to join a busy, fast-paced team. You will build relationships with clients in the Northwest, source and place driving candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advert writing to interviews and placements.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator at all levels with strong presentation, verbal, and written skills.
• Experience in sales—face to face and on the phone.
• Solid knowledge of the North West recruitment market and client/candidate opportunities.
• Ability to identify and recruit candidates matching client needs.
• Experience managing clients and candidates under pressure.
• Proactive, tenacious, and operates with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by phone or face to face with clients, promoting Thrive Group.
• Deliver excellent customer service and nurture client relationships.
• Manage candidates daily: respond to adverts, CV search, and write/place job adverts.
• Conduct interviews and keep candidates informed of opportunities.
• Proactively market candidates to clients and current clients.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and quality standards, maintain records.
• Cover out-of-hours rota on a 24/7 basis to support clients and candidates.
• Understand forecasts, budgets and targets to run a profitable desk.
