Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement.
• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing client accounts.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Interviewing, screening, and qualifying candidates.
• Managing offers, negotiations, and successful placements.
• Conducting client meetings and site visits where required.
• Working towards and exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
