Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a motivated and experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Leicester. This permanent role offers long-term career progression and the chance to significantly increase earnings through commission.

You will build client relationships, source drivers, and develop your own desk in the driving and logistics sector with ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally in Driving/Logistics/Industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the UK driving recruitment market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident telephone manner with a target-driven mindset.
• Proven sales and business development ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop new business through outbound calls, networking and lead generation.
• Understand driver requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Advertise vacancies and source drivers across channels.
• Source, interview and register suitable drivers.
• Match candidates to driving vacancies (temp/contract/permanent).
• Complete compliance and eligibility checks.
• Coordinate bookings and driver availability.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates.
• Aim to meet individual and team targets.
