Workforce Staffing in Coventry is seeking a Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our busy branch. You will own a high-volume logistics and driving desk, win new business, and recruit professional drivers for clients across logistics and transport.

The role offers a salary of £28,000-£35,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £40,500+), with Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm hours. We look for confident, driven salespeople with a passion for recruitment who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
• Experience with driving/logistics recruitment is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Win new business through cold calling, lead generation and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with logistics and transport clients.
• Recruit professional drivers for our clients across the logistics and transport sector.
• Fill urgent driving vacancies and ensure high-quality service from enquiry to placement.
