Arriva TrainCare is seeking Driving Instructors to oversee trainee progress at Stockton on Tees Bus Depot. You will ensure trainee safety under instruction and teach the essential technical skills required to drive a bus, guiding learners through Module 3 and Module 4 components.

The role emphasizes coaching soft skills, handling PEAs, and conducting classroom sessions as needed to support learner success. The ideal candidate balances professionalism with empathy and flexibility in working hours.
