Caremark Northampton Kettering and Wellingborough is seeking warm, compassionate Care Assistants to enable clients to live safely and independently at home across Northampton, Kettering and Wellingborough. You’ll provide one-to-one care with full training and a supportive team.

Roles available include full/part-time with flexible hours. We offer £13.00 per hour, paid holiday, pension access, uniform/PPE, team meetings and clear progression opportunities.

About the Role:

As a care assistant in Caremark Northampton Kettering and Wellingborough, you’ll provide personalised, one-to-one care in customers’ homes, respecting their individuality and promoting independence. You’ll travel within Northampton Kettering and Wellingborough, delivering care and support as agreed between the customer and Caremark Northampton Kettering and Wellingborough.

You will play a vital role in supporting people who need additional help due to age, illness, disability, or long-term health conditions. The care you provide is equal to what a family member would offer, with the added benefit of full training and quality standards.
