Caremark Coventry is seeking warm, compassionate Care Assistants to help people live safely at home in Coventry. You’ll provide one-to-one care in clients’ homes and travel within Coventry to support tailored care plans.

No formal experience required—full training is provided. We recruit on personality and a caring nature; driving licence is preferred. This full-time role offers excellent pay, paid holidays and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide one-to-one care in customers’ homes.
• Assist with washing, bathing, and dressing.
• Support with shopping and meal preparation.
• Prompt and assist with medication reminders.
• Support daily routines and wellbeing, including respite and companionship.
• Help customers access their local community.
