• Design and deliver driver training programmes that meet curriculum requirements.
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback and development plans.
• Research and maintain current knowledge of legislation, guidance and policing practice.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment and adapt teaching to meet learner needs.
• Maintain professional and operational competence and contribute to learning product development.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver driver training programmes that meet College of Policing Curriculum and organisational requirements.
• Assess learner performance and competence, providing constructive feedback and development plans where required.
• Research and maintain current knowledge of legislation, guidance, policing practice and procedures to ensure training remains accurate and effective.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment adapting teaching and communication methods to meet individual learner needs.
• Maintain professional and operational competence, contributing subject-matter expertise, trainer resilience and the development and evaluation of wider learning products
