Job summary

Riverford Organic Farmers in Poole is seeking an experienced Driver Team Manager to lead our delivery team from the hub. This hands-on role focuses on guiding drivers, maintaining high standards, and ensuring reliable, friendly customer service during every drop.

You will split time between on-road coaching, morning briefings, and one-to-one reviews, with early starts and a 40-hour week (Mon–Fri). Based at Unit J1 Romany Works in Holton Heath, you may travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery drivers and teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety in last-mile delivery.
• Proven ability to improve delivery efficiency and service levels.
