Vibrance has exciting opportunities for Minibus Driver to join our Blue Skies team in Tower Hamlets.

Candidates applying must have a D1 Minibus licence.

You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis Monday to Friday, working 37 hours per week, with Part-Time, Relief hours also available. In return, as our Driver, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,810 per annum.

About Our Driver Role

As a Driver, you'll be transporting adults with special needs to and from our day service and local activities. Your role involves creating a warm and welcoming environment for passengers, building professional relationships and trust with parents/carers, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are clean, roadworthy, and ready for each trip.

The service covers daytime activities, including leisure such as swimming, community visits, bowling, museums, local parks/farm trips, as well as in-house activities like drama and virtual sessions.

Applicants should demonstrate understanding of empowerment, choice, and independence for individuals.

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work alongside a passenger assistant.

A caring and calming nature is essential.

Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS and medical check is required.
