Position: Part Time Support Worker/Driver – Woking

Requirements: Hold a full, clean Manual UK Driver’s License

Hours & Pay: 21 hours per week, £12.71 per hour

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement individual support plans and activities in a challenging environment
• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues respecting confidentiality
• Assist with meals, laundry, cleaning, and social activities
• Maintain accurate notes and records
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

Candidate Requirements:

• NVQ in Health and Social Care or willingness to obtain one
• Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, or mental health issues
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
