Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or support, ideally within automotive or mobility sectors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a professional tone.
• Comfortable handling calls and emails and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat queries from customers and drivers.
• Provide accurate information about Fleeto’s PCO car hire and rent-to-buy services.
• Assist with booking requests, extensions, and contract-related questions.
• Resolve driver issues promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate vehicle availability and maintenance.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up on pending driver queries for timely resolution.
• Support onboarding of new drivers, including document checks and account setup.
• Collect and forward feedback to improve customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, solution-focused team environment.
