Job summary

Fleeto in London is seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for drivers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or support, ideally in mobility or automotive sectors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a professional phone manner.
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries via calls, email, and live chat.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat queries from customers and drivers.
• Provide accurate information about Fleeto’s PCO car hire and rent-to-buy services.
• Assist with booking requests, extensions, and contract-related questions.
• Resolve driver issues promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Support onboarding of new drivers, including document checks and account setup.
