Job summary

Dewis Centre for Independent Living in Pontyclun, United Kingdom, seeks a part-time personal assistant to accompany me in the community and outings. You will travel in your own vehicle, supervise me at all times, and help me access activities and provide safe support.

The role requires a driver with own vehicle, non smoker, calm, present, patient, punctual, active and energetic, with a positive, independent approach. Salary £14.50 per hour for 3 hours weekly; DBS check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the client to go out and about.
• Supervise at all times to ensure safety.
• Help find new activities and places to go.
• Take client to the park.
• Take client to the McDonalds drive thru.
• Supervise at home when parents are out.
• Assist with snacks/food/drink access.
