Job summary

Dewis Centre for Independent Living is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support an individual in Pontyclun and community settings. The role includes driving, assisting with letters and paperwork, and helping with technology and light gardening.

The post involves a DBS check, right to work in the UK verification, and an initial trial period. Earnings are paid monthly with holiday pay provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a confident driver.
• Able to read and understand letters and manage paperwork.
• Comfortable with animals and patient with my dog.
• Able to use and assist with tech devices (e.g., mobile phone).
• Willingness to help with light gardening.

Responsibilities

• Annual leave cover for other PAs.
• Taking me to appointments.
• Helping read and understand letters, managing paperwork, and assisting with tech devices.
• Help supporting me in the garden with some casual gardening.
