Job summary

Veezu in Norwich is seeking a Driver Partner Experience Executive to manage day-to-day interactions with Driver Partners, ensuring compliance and effective use of the Driver Partner Portal.

The role reports to the Regional Driver Partner Experience Manager and requires strong organisation, communication, and customer service skills. The position is fully on-site at our Norwich office.

• Clear and professional communication with Driver Partners and internal teams.
• Able to multitask and prioritise conflicting requests effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for Driver Partners and resolve queries promptly.
• Guide Driver Partners through licensing paperwork and compliance steps.
• Disengage or suspend DP access per policy and escalation procedures.
• Assist with DP marketing campaigns and portal usage for efficiency.
• Respond to Zendesk tickets and maintain timely communications.
• Support regional leadership with documentation and regional initiatives.
