Job summary

Evri is seeking an Operations Controller to join the team at our Norwich site. This permanent role is 45 hours per week, with days Mon-Fri and some Saturdays. Salary is £12.71 per hour and the post is based on-site.

You will assist in the Pre-Brief/De-Brief process, complete driver documentation, maintain company records and liaise with Drivers and Customers through our IT systems. A proactive, team-focused approach is essential.

• Industry knowledge

Responsibilities

• Driver pre-brief or evening de-brief as required
• Control company asset management, notably container portal updates, daily container counts, key and scanner controls
• Check SP payments and issue associated daily/monthly reporting
• Complete all admin tasks and maintain a suitable filing system including SP/employee vetting, driver set up processes, ID badge ordering
• Deal with customer queries via Company IT systems
• Any reasonable request from a Manager/Supervisor
• All Health and Safety policies and procedures are complied with in line with Site Risk Assessments
• Comply with Company guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance and display appropriate behaviour whilst on site.
