Job summary

Veolia Colchester is seeking a responsible Class 2 (Cat C) driver to join our waste collection fleet. The role involves driving to planned locations, handling multiple containers, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately in the onboard system.

You will perform daily vehicle checks, comply with traffic rules, and maintain a clean carriageway. A valid Cat C license with CPC and tachograph card is essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: Class 2 (Cat C) license.
• Digi / Tachograph Card up to date.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and move/empty multiple waste containers.
• Input all information into onboard system and keep paperwork up to date daily.
• Perform daily vehicle checks as per operator handbook; maintain a clean carriageway and manage spills.
