Job summary

Veolia in Hull is seeking a driver to operate in waste collection services. The role involves driving to planned locations, loading waste, and maintaining vehicle checks. The position requires a Class 2 licence, CPC, and tachograph card, with adherence to road rules and safety standards.

Working 48 hours per week starting between 4–6am, the role includes occasional Saturdays (1 in 8) and offers Veolia benefits, weekly pay, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Class 2 (Cat C) licence required.
• Digi/CPC/Tachograph documentation must be up to date.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and move/empty multiple waste containers.
• Lift bins of all weights and sizes during shifts.
• Complete daily vehicle checks as per driver operator handbook.
• Use onboard technology to log work notes and updates.
