The role

We have an exciting position available for an all-round multi-skilled Driver Labourer to join us! You’ll carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high standards of performance. You will undertake operational duties across repairs and decorating services on all owned and managed properties, including visiting premises to carry out and support maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and clearance works in tenanted, vacant homes, and surrounding environments. You will also assist our Trade Colleagues where appropriate for Health and Safety reasons.

Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is required, as you will be travelling across the area to our properties.

What do you need?

1. Good building and construction knowledge
2. General building maintenance repair knowledge
3. Experience of undertaking/assisting with repair work and multitasking activities inside and externally on customers’ homes
4. Experience of general labouring duties including decorating and mould washing
5. Experience working within a Social Housing setting
