You will be part of a bespoke team supporting a lady within her own home. You will support her as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by her individual needs.

We are recruiting for an active woman who loves animals, keeping busy, and needs a consistent team to help her live a fulfilling life. She lives with Prader-Willi syndrome and autism and would appreciate support workers who understand her needs, are kind, and help her reach her goals.
