Job summary

Wolseley Group’s Burdens and Fusion Utilities division in Cambridge is recruiting a full-time HGV driver to support civil deliveries. You’ll operate a rigid lorry, complete multi-drop runs around the Cambridge area, and unload at sites using a Hiab when required.

Qualifications

• A HGV driving license and prior HGV driving experience are preferred.
• A hiab license is desirable.
• A forklift license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 16–32 tonne rigid lorry around the Cambridge area and perform multi-drop deliveries.
• Unload the vehicles at the building site using a Hiab.
• Assist at the branch when not delivering.

As a **HGV Driver** based in **Cambridge,** you’ll be responsible for:* Driving a 16 tonne, 24 tonne or 32 tonne rigid lorry around the Cambridge area* Delivering civils materials to other building sites across the area, you will be involved in multi-drop deliveries* Unloading the vehicles at the building site using a hiab* You may be required to help out in other areas of the branch once back from deliveries This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am - 5.00pm.
