Job summary

Wolseley requires an experienced HGV Driver for the Gatwick area, covering sickness and holidays with local, no overnight shifts. You'll operate 26–32 tonne vehicles and unload at sites using a hiab, while supporting warehouse tasks as needed.

The role offers a full-time, permanent position with a salary around £37k plus bonus and benefits. A HIAB license is essential, with C1+C5+E preferred, and forklift experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Driving a 26 tonne or 32 tonne rigid lorry around the South East area to cover sickness and holiday
• Delivering civil materials to building sites across the area, you will be involved in multi-drop deliveries
• Unloading the vehicles at the building site using a hiab
• When not driving you will be required to assist the operations team with warehouse duties

As a HGV Driver based in Gatwick you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving a 26 tonne or 32 tonne rigid lorry around the South East area to cover sickness and holiday
