Job summary

Wolseley Group's Burdens division in Newmains is seeking a Delivery Driver 18T-23T with HIAB to join a full-time role. You will drive a Class 2 vehicle, deliver and collect civils materials, and uphold high standards of customer service on site.

The role requires a Class 2 licence with HIAB, CPC card, Digital Tachograph card, and handheld device use. The advertised salary is £34,500 plus bonus and excellent benefits, with progression opportunities within the Wolseley Talent Guild.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 2 licence with HIAB experience.
• CPC card is required.
• Digital Tachograph card experience.
• Capable of using handheld devices on site.

Responsibilities

• The safe and efficient driving of a Class 2 vehicle with HIAB.
• Delivering and collecting materials in the civils sector of the construction industry.
• Building excellent relationships with customers and representing the business to the very highest of standards.
• Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, carrying out a daily check on the vehicle, equipment and load for which you have responsibility and reporting any defects.

As a HGV Driver based in Newmains you’ll be responsible for:
