Job summary

Great Bear, part of Culina Group, in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting a Driver Debriefer for a full-time, permanent position. The role provides general transport admin support and debrewing duties to support daily operations.

Salary is £26,921 per annum, with a Monday-Friday shift from 11:30 to 19:30. You will work in a busy logistics environment, ensuring accurate records, timely communications, and efficient handling of PODs and despatch notes.

Qualifications

• Good standard of computer literacy, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Correctly debriefing drivers.
• Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly.
• Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system.
• Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information.
• Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required.
• Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries.
• Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs.
• Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services.
• Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets.
• Departing & Completing of loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
• Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
• Ensure all trailers are tracked.

Our friendly transport team in Stoke on Trent have an exciting opportunity for a Driver Debriefer to join their team on a full time permanent basis!

As a Driver Debriefer you will be responsible for providing general administration support to the Transport Department.

Salary: £26,921 per annum.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:30-19:30.

Key Duties of a Driver De-Briefer include:

• Correctly debriefing drivers.
