Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, Stoke-on-Trent, is seeking a Driver Debriefer for a full-time role in the transport team. You will provide general administration support to the Transport Department and work Monday to Friday 11:30-19:30.

Salary is £26,921 per annum. The role involves debriefing drivers, handling timesheets, PODs, despatch notes, and maintaining documents in the TMS.

Qualifications

• Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
• Able to work as part of a team or individually.

Responsibilities

• Correctly debriefing drivers.
• Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly.
• Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system.
• Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information.
• Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required.
• Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries.
• Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services.
• Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets.
• Departing & Completing of loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
• Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
• Ensure all trailers are tracked.

Our friendly transport team in Stoke on Trent have an exciting opportunity for aDriver Debriefer to join their team on a full time permanent basis!

As a Driver Debriefer you willbe responsible for providinggeneral administration support to the Transport Department.
