Job summary

Delifresh is seeking a Multi Drop Delivery Driver (3.5 tonne) for Bicester. The role offers £13.54 per hour with Saturday work and bank holiday cover, plus employee benefits.

You will join a supportive team with induction and coaching to help you succeed, loading at the Bicester depot, and delivering to customers with a focus on excellent service. Responsibilities include safe driving, vehicle care, and timely deliveries, while upholding company values and reporting any delays.

• The role requires a valid driving licence; points up to 6 will be considered.
• CPC courses must be up to date and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Load orders onto the delivery van and complete multi-drop deliveries to customers.
• Represent Delifresh while on the road, driving safely and legally.
• Look after the vehicle, perform safety checks and keep it clean.
• Report delays or shortages as soon as they occur.
• Work within the team and support colleagues as needed.

About The Role

A day in the life of your role would include Saturday working, supporting loading your vehicle at our Bicester depot before hitting the road to be the face of Delifresh and complete multi drop deliveries to our many valued customers. Before returning to your depot and supporting the vehicle to be cleaned and prepared ready for the next day.

You will be responsible for:

• Taking care of our customers order, from loading onto your van to ensuring the safe delivery of our customer's orders as if they were your own.
• Representing Delifresh whilst on the road, driving safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Looking after your vehicle, like it's your first car - including safety checks and cleanliness.
• Report any issues with delays or shortages straight away.
• Working to our values, we see ourselves as 'One Team' - supporting other drivers and warehouse teammates as needed.

About You

We're looking for positive, dynamic people who take pride in both being 'Brilliant To Work With' and being the face of Delifresh and prioritising our customers' requirements. The minimum lifting requirement for the role would be up to 25kg (the equivalent of a sack of potatoes)

It would also be great if you had:

• A clean driver's license, however, drivers with up to 6 points will be considered
• Experience in a similar role, but don't worry if not, full training and support is provided
• CPC courses that are up to date - still talk to us if not, we have access to a full training program
